Ajisen (China) Holdings Limited (stock code:538) is one of the leading fast casual restaurant (FCR) chain operators in the People’s Republic of China (PRC)and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong). Since its establishment in 1996, the Group has been selling Japanese ramen and Japanese style dishes under the Ajisen brand in the PRC and Hongkong. It was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) on March 30, 2007. It is the first FCR chain operator which listed in Hong Kong but based in the mainland China for the FCR chain operation.
